“I strongly recommend caution before ordering from The Fire Alarm Supplier. I ordered a specific fire alarm device, but when my order arrived, the item I received was not the item I ordered and appeared to be used, with visible paint marks. I immediately contacted the company and provided photographs documenting the condition when I received it. Their customer service instructed me to return the item, which I did at their direction. After receiving the returned item, the company rejected my refund and claimed that the item had originally been shipped to me in “new condition.” I disputed this because I had already documented the item's condition immediately upon receipt, before returning it. I provided them with the opportunity to review the photographs and correspondence, but they continued to deny the refund. They ultimately sent the disputed item back to me. What is most concerning is that the company relied on its inspection of the item after I returned it, rather than addressing the photographs and evidence showing the condition in which I originally received it. This was not a normal return or a change-of-mind situation. I received an incorrect/used item, reported the issue immediately, followed their instructions to return it, and was still denied a refund. I am posting this review so other customers can be aware of my experience and carefully inspect and video, photograph everything immediately upon delivery before dealing with a return. I have retained the order records, photographs, emails, return documentation, and the company's written refusal of the refund.”

“Ordered the wrong part. This company makes it very hard to return or exchange a product. They charge additional fees and they want you to fill out an application and send photos of your product to be returned upon their approval. You better read their application because they can keep it or make you pay additional fees to just return it even after they approve it.”

“Ridiculous return policy where I was not allowed to return an item because it was "opened" however the website portrayed false information, the customer service representative told me false information before purchasing and yet they would not let me return the item that is brand new, just has open bag when the only way to know it would not work is by opening it!”
