“The only thing that I had an easy time with this site was ordering online and that you had the item in stock. I wasn't happy that they felt it necessary to contact me and confirm that I was the person who ordered the part. Nor was I happy when they called my cell phone and didn't leave a message to contact them. When I called back the person on the other end hung up, maybe it was due to bad service. But when I called the Delaware number the automated machine asked me to pick a number. The extension ring and ring and ring. I hung up and called back various times to try and get a person, it took some time until I got someone to talk to. I wouldn't use this company again for these reasons”
