Hi Tony Thanks for the review, glad to hear that your goods arrived in good time. We always send a confirmation email and also an email once your parcel has been dispatched. I wonder if they went into your spam folder? It's strange that you didn't receive them. We also never received any emails from you - we always reply to messages within 24hrs so it seems like there must be some technical issue with our emails to each other. Anyway, I hope it won't put you off from ordering from us again. Thanks, Graham.
