Hi Helen, I'm sorry that you haven't yet received your order. It was dispatched on 14th Nov via Royal Mail so it should be with you any day now. Unfortunately due to the current situation Royal Mail are experiencing delays with parcel deliveries in some areas and we are finding they are taking 5-9 working days to be delivered. Hi Marie I'm sorry that you haven't yet received your order. It has been dispatched (the county map jigsaw will arrive separately as that comes direct from the supplier) via Royal Mail so it should be with you any day now. Unfortunately due to the current situation Royal Mail are experiencing delays with parcel deliveries in some areas and we are finding they are taking 5-9 working days to be delivered. Not very padded! The coat hangers won’t protect my jumpers very well. My previous padded hangers have twice as much padding, dissapointed

Good morning, I have looked into your order. I can see that it was dispatched via Royal Mail on 29th Sept, we use a 48hr delivery service but unfortunately Royal Mail are still experiencing delays in some areas. I have checked the tracking and can see that it arrived on 3rd Oct at 11am so I assume that you now have it. Enjoy your puzzles. Thanks Graham.

If they are going to sell on line they should make sure their stock levels are kept accurate as it is frustrating to place an order and then be told they haven't got any. Fortunately they did refund me immediately.

Thanks for providing your feedback on this item. The Cotswold Lavender items are made using the finest lavender oils from the fields in the Cotswolds. We sell lots of these bags and haven't had this feedback before. I am sorry to say I may not be using this company again. My reason being the VERY poor state that my parcel arrived in. The goods where sent in what I regard as a very flimsy envelope, which had been torn in transit and fixed with "Emergency" tape. The poor packaging meant the Christmas presents I was hoping to sent where not realy fit for purpose. In my opinion the packages should have arrived in a cardboard box and packed so they remained in good condition. My first and last order I'm afraid.

I consider the packaging to be inadequate as the a corner on each puzzle box was slightly crushed. Also on both puzzle boxes the 'celebrating 100 years' stickers were broken in two instances, on each box, (there being four stickers per box). As these issues apply only to both boxes, they don't affect the jigsaw pieces inside, but as they were intended to be gifts, I would have liked the outside appearance to be as perfect as if bought from a shop. No issues with delivery time.

Hi Kevin, Sorry to hear that you was disappointed with your jigsaw order due to the condition the jigsaws arrived in. We do try to package our parcels well enough to withstand the postal service without using wasteful amounts of padding. It appears on this occasion (and it rarely happens) the parcel wasn't packed well enough or it had a bumpy journey to you. Either way it is totally understandable you want the jigsaws in excellent condition. I will be sure to pass your feedback on to our warehouse team. Gibsons have stopped using plastic sellophane on their jigsaws now and have started sealing them only with 4 circular stickers, it appears that these stickers do tear easily and hopefully Gibsons will be addressing this going forward. The product itself is fine. However the handkerchiefs I ordered have the word spelt wrong on the packaging and as these are a gift I am disapponted. The box says “Handkerchirfs”. I did not realise until I’d thrown away the returns slip.

I want to know the estimated delivery date of my order - as identified on your email to me. Clearly you know who I am, but when I click the link it wants me to sign up and waste a lot of my time filling out your form so you can better target advertising to me. I don't want to be on your list - I just want to know when my parcel is scheduled to arrive. UGG!

The 'satin-bordered' handkerchiefs certainly are not satin-bordered, and are quite poor quality.

On the parcel I received it has 2 of 2 marked on the box, I have not received box 1 of 2.

I provided a delivery address different than the billing address, and when I called the company it turned out they made the delivery to my billing address. The delivery address I provided and expect my order to be delivered at is 173 green lanes Newington court N16 9DE
