I received my order quite quickly. Thank you. I have only given you 3 stars because I was quite surprised how thin they were. Considering they are handkerchiefs I would have expected a slightly thicker fabric. Sorry.

I ordered some scented draw liners and scented wardrobe sachets. The service was very efficient, the products arrived when the seller said they would. The products were beautiful and carefully packaged. Very eye catching product but unfortunately the scent was poor. In intensity. I have used the products but they just don’t smell of anything unless you press your nose against them. When I open the drawers or mooch amongst my clothes in the wardrobe I don’t smell the scent and neither did my husband or my friend, when I asked them both to check my nose! Expensive for the quality, which is a shame. I won’t buy them again.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases from us. We sell lots of these items and usually get very positive feedback. Some of the drawer liners have stronger scents than others but you should be able to smell them upon opening your drawers. Very happy with the products, but it took two weeks from purchase to arrival which seems rather a long time.

We did dispatch your order promptly, however Royal Mail are really struggling at the moment, they are experiencing unprecedented demand on their services as you can imagine and many deliveries are taking 2 weeks to arrive, even though we pay for a 48hr delivery service. This is the first time I've bought from The Garden Fragrance Company, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with my purchase of a box of seven ladies' handkerchiefs. The fabric is thin and coarse, the handkerchiefs haven't been edged in the way you'd expect, and when I pre-washed them before use they shrunk badly and, on one hanky, the stitching unravelled. However, the company has since refunded me, so good customer service.

I am usually pleased with my purchases, a book arrived sodden. The packaging was very poor. Still waiting for a reply to my phone call.

I loved the array of gifts. Just one problem, the scented satchets had been crammed in and all were spewing out their contents under their sellophane. One was creased.

Thanks for the review Yvonne, we are a little disappointed at only getting 3 stars as we like to know our customers are totally happy. I'm sorry you wasn't thrilled with your mystery parcel this time, you are right in that it is pot luck what you receive but the items are always worth over £50 so at £26.99 we feel it is a great bargain. I hope that if there were goods not quite suitable for yourself that you have friends or family that you can give them to for gifts. Hope you will be back to shop with us again soon. Thanks, Graham.

Reasonable product, I agree with others that it seems very loose which is because of the adjust feature, shame it can't be removed as it could be fixed in either plane and ordered either up or down . However it does work ok.

Adaptor does not fit as solidly as indicated in video talk, so needs care plugging in new plugs, prefarebly not changing much. Your web purchase process did not mention delivery charges until last purchase step, so I accepted the extra £2.99, not wanting to waste more time starting with sites stating free delivery of same adaptor at beginning. Have no recollection whether their price was better or worse than your total, but I do no like the way you concealed your delivery charge until final purchase.

With regards to our postage costs of £2.99 no matter how much you spend, we feel this is a very reasonable charge. We do not make money on the postage cost, and as a small company I'm afraid that we can't afford to offer free delivery as some of the larger companies do. Hi Gerald, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear you are a little disappointed with the time it took for your delivery to arrive. I can see that you ordered on Wednesday and we dispatched it the following day (Thursday) with Royal Mail. We actually pay for a 48hr delivery service but in these challenging times, in some areas, Royal Mail are taking slightly longer to deliver, not forgetting that they no longer deliver parcels on Saturday/Sundays. We dispatched your order quickly, I'm afraid that once Royal Mail have it we can't do anything to speed it up for you. With regards to the postage rate of £2.99, we feel this is very reasonable and we keep it at this set price, no matter what you spend. As a small company we are unable to offer free postage as some of the larger companies do, however we also don't charge £4.99 as many of the smaller companies do. I hope you won't be discouraged to shop with us again in the future, we are doing our best! Thanks, Graham.

I bought a 60ml pot of Cotswold Lavender Foot Gel and it arrived safely and promptly. The product is bright blue and stains your finger(nail)s - temporarily - so I have to wear a plastic glove to apply! It does not have a distinctive fragrance or effect, but is mildly refreshing on the feet.

Thank you for the feedback and your review. As a small company it is useful to see what our customer's think. I haven't heard anyone mention the fingernail staining before - glad it's only temporary! received within few days, the talc tin little dent & seal on other talc box could be sealed better.overall please. Discount on two tins purchase never taken off. Not damaged by courier but the packer squeezing the two tins of talc and round cardboard talc content into a square box.

the web site was reasonable, the delivery was good except the web site stated if i spent over £40 postage was free i spent £46 but was still charged £1.95 postage.
