“Ordered some Inis perfume. I filled in all my credit card details and the page just jumped back onto the order page. Now I’m concerned. Please tell me you don’t have a security problem. Reluctant to ring back on an 0843 number. No order recorded nor do I have an email.”

“I ordered some Inis products for Christmas presents. They arrived quickly, the company kept me well informed, and the prices were cheaper than other companies. “Wanted a floral perfume talc and your company name came up when I was looking. I ordered a box for my sister-in-law as a Christmas present. The Rose talc smells beautiful. She was delighted. Shall order again.”

“The lavender slumber spray has a very subtle pleasant fragrance and really seems to work - we were both having disrupted sleep patterns which are now easing away. It must be good because Royal Mail decided to keep it for 4 days longer than normal delivery time.....”

“Excellent Customer Service . I was a bit concerned as I had not received my order but I had received an email asking for a review of the product . I sent an email to the company to ask when my order was delivered . Graham answered my question promptly and in a caring manner . It was only a day later than expected because of COVID.”

I'm afraid Royal Mail are experiencing delays in some areas due to a huge increase in demand on their services and the problems that the pandemic brings.
