Graham I am sorry to write this but I was extremely disappointed with the candle I purchased from you . The dark brown jar reminded me of a jar of ointment.There was hardly any perfume once the candle was lit.

I bought two boxes of ladies hankies. They were I believe from two different companies making them. One packet the machine stitching around the edge was very shoddy and the other packet the material was so see-through, a paper tissue hankie would have been thicker. So no, not impressed at all.

I ordered a gift set at the beginning of October and still not arrived. I have written e mails and had no response at all. This was a gift so I am disappointed, since I have bought from here before with good service. I have been asked to review my purchase and been sent a catalogue, yet no explanation to when my stuff will arrive?! Queries are supposed to be resolved in under an hour , and it's been 3 weeks!

Hi Denise We have responded directly to your email this morning. I'm afraid Royal Mail are experiencing delays in some areas due to a huge increase in demand on their services and the problems that the pandemic brings. We have not yet received order 99463. The last I heard was that it had been dispatched on 19th Oct. but so far no sign of it. I have entered only one star even though it's not relevant because I am unable to submit my reply without one. Peter Jackson

Order No 97710 I would if the order had arrived. Repeated enquires as to dispatch date have not been answered. This was to be a birthday gift and now time is running out. It was a stock item when ordered. Please advise, thank you. J Jardine

Sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. It was dispatched on 20th July via Royal Mail 48hr delivery. In these challenging times we have found that in some areas Royal Mail are taking around 7 working days to deliver. Your website is useless, no matter how many times I used search it kept bringing up the same page every time. I could not access the perfume or jigsaws so unable to place an order!

Very poor service i'm afraid. The mug I had sent for arrived with a big chip out of the top, because of the inadequate packaging. I understand the damage could have happened during the delivery process but there is no excuse for the mug not being bubble wrapped and protected properly. So I'm sorry but I've got nothing good to say, and I'm not usually a complainer. But you wanted a review good or bad, so here it is. I am currently waiting for a replacement mug so hoping this one arrives in mint condition.

Hi Tony, We are very sorry to hear that your mug arrived damaged. Your replacement mug will be with you later in the week and I have refunded your return postage back to your payment card. We have asked our warehouse to ensure the mug is better packed to avoid any breakages again. They do normally get the packaging right (there is a fine balance between being enough to withstand delivery and going over the top and creating unnecessary waste) but on this occasion I agree it needed some extra protection. We hope that our swift resolution of your problem will give you the confidence to shop with us again in the future. Thanks Graham.
