My order arrived in the post damaged. I rang to report this and received an apology and confirmation that a replacement would be sent. I am pleased to say that this arrived promptly more securely packed in a box. Thank you.

Thank you for your review, we are glad to hear that your issue was resolved promptly. Apologies again, we do normally get it right but sometimes a parcel can have a rough journey and damages do occasionally occur. Enjoy your reed diffuser, it smells amazing. Thanks, Graham.

Ordered some Inis perfume. I filled in all my credit card details and the page just jumped back onto the order page. Now I’m concerned. Please tell me you don’t have a security problem. Reluctant to ring back on an 0843 number. No order recorded nor do I have an email.

I placed an order on 23/8/19 . I received an email to say that the order was on its way with a link that I could use to track the order . I needed the order for a birthday present on the 30th August . I tried to view the order status but this was unavailable . The order eventually arrived after I had left home on the 30th August . Goods lovely and will keep it for a Christmas present .

I know the advert said colour may vary but the picture shows coloured flowers on the hankies, and the ones I received were all white.

bought diffusers, they have minimal perfume, I would have preferred something more pronounced and longer lasting.

Hi Jana, Sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with your diffusers. If you would like a refund or to swap them for a different fragrance, you can return them (if in original boxes and unused) and we will sort this out for you. Some fragrances are a lot stronger than others, the fresh linen ones I am guessing are the ones you are referring to, they are probably one of the more subtle smells from the range. I see that you have purchased a fair number of diffusers from us in the past and so I'm hoping that this won't put you off from ordering with us again. Thanks for the feedback, Graham.

Not up to scratch as some of the jigsaw pieces were rough round the edges making it difficult to fit in

Thank you, as the two Pen & Pencil sets arrived ok and worked mechanically satisfactorily, i.e. all units would extend and retract. However, one of the pen's did not write, I think that the ball point refill may be needed. I am using the one that works OK, that's why I have graded the items acceptable.

The first time I ordered from your website I was really impressed with how quickly my items arrived. I decided to treat myself again this month. The delivery was a little longer than last time. I was a little shocked to hear the postman nearly breaking our letter box whilst attempting to ram the parcel through in which I managed to stop him and collect myself. I had ordered two diffuser refills however only one arrived along with some reed sticks that are broke from being bashed about in the letterbox. I guessed you were low on stock however my invoice was for two and I had still been charged for two. I called customer care who were very helpful and said they would look in to it further as at first they were unable to locate my order and then saw I should only have one item. I explained that I had ordered and been charged for two but only received one and I advised the advisor of the date the payment was taken out of my account. I also emailed customer care as well to explain and to provide photos of what I had received. I work in customer care myself and I really wanted to thank the advisors who sorted this out for me. I received an email later that day apologising and explaining there had been a picking error and my second refill is on its way. Just waiting for the to arrive and then my review will be four stars! :)

Item = Very Poor ~ it may have been in the warehouse for too long. This may be the only reason that it doesn't have the level of fragrance as it should be Service = Very Good ~ Graham's communication, follow-up is excellent

My order arrived quickly but I was surprised not to get a confirmation email of my order. A bit disconcerting when using a website for the first time. I will however use again as the product range is good and delivery times also good.

I have already been in touch with you about the April violets body mist which has no scent at all and you have been kind enough to refund my money. This is a product of Yardleys so it is no fault of yours. I cannot comment about any of the other products as they are all for gifts. That is why I have only awarded acceptable.

Really difficult to write a review on a product that I haven’t yet received. No tracking advice available until after 7days? No way to access previous orders because I paid with amazon pay? I understand the order was placed on a bank holiday (in England only) but you’d think that by Friday I’d have received it. If delivery was free I might not be so bothered. Customer services were most unhelpful with my querie. Hoping it will arrive soon as it’s part of a gift.

Love this perfumed hand lotion. Good to have the large size as it will last longer. Up until now could only get small sizes. Very pleased.

my order had been damaged in transit and after contacting the company giving them this information, they paid a very generous refund into my bank account without any pressure from myself. Thoroughly recommend this company and congratulate them on excellent customer service. Anne Morrison

I purchased a robin mug it was very nice good delivery but it stains very badly have not had this problem before within cups and mugs
