“I have now received 2 orders from this company. Both arrived promptly & I am very pleased with the items received. One is for a birthday present & I know the Inis handcream will be happily accepted. The other 2 items I have bought towards Christmas gifts & they seem to be fine. I have looked through their catalogue & there are some lovely things which may come in for future gifts.”

Hi Diane, I hope the contact with our customer service team was able to assure you of your parcel's whereabouts. We use both Royal Mail and My Hermes to deliver parcels and it depends on their size/weight as to which company they go with. By utilising the most cost effective delivery services we can continue to offer such great value postage rates - just £1.99 no matter how much you spend. Thanks, Graham.
