“The only complaint I have is that you did not give me a choice of shipping. I got my order within two days, when I was in not that much a hurry. I paid over 9 pounds sterling for shipping, which is nearly $15 US dollars. My husband (the family banker) was aghast. I don't recall your giving me a choice of shipping methods. I could easily have waited a month to get this product, rather than paying $15 US dollars to ship. Very, very exorbitant shipping fees. Otherwise, you guys are outstanding.”

“Amazing. Ordered late afternoon one day, had it the morning after. I live in Denmark. Never experienced anything like this. On top of that, I got free (and quite large) samples of products from the same brand as the stuff I bought. Will do all my future UK beauty shopping here!”
