“We used to received our orders within 4-5 days, but now we have to wait up to 7-10days. Also you used to put some gifts along with order but no gift received last two times”

“Fabulous website! Got two Bioderma Micellar waters for the price of one!! They also included a few samples which is always a plus! Packaged really well and arrived in a speedy manner. Their points system is great it gives you discounts off your next order. Love this site :)”

“Bought from the Garden Pharmacy on several occasions now. I can highly recommend them. They carry very large product ranges and delivery is very quick - within 24 or 48 hours. Goods are always in perfect condition . Within your package there is a delivery note but your goods are wrapped in a store bag with, in my case, a printed credit card receipt - just as if you had walked into the London shop and bought yourself from their shelves. Communications are also excellent - you always know what is going on with your order.”

“Garden Pharmacy stock a great range of products at very good prices. They seem to take a lot of care over customer service - in the way they package and send goods out and the fact that they will sometimes include a free sample of something worthwhile. It always feels like customers are individual and valuable to them. As a result, I go to them for more things now than the initial product I bought from them - and I have a lot of confidence in dealing with them. They were a real find! Sally M. Derby”
