“We used to received our orders within 4-5 days, but now we have to wait up to 7-10days. Also you used to put some gifts along with order but no gift received last two times”

“Was not happy with the samples, there was hardly any cream inside the sachets and found it difficult to squeeze the cream out.”

“It didn't make me particularly happy as the tablets had a short expiry date. I had ordered 2 packets to keep one in stock for short time future emergency. You can check my order details from my e-mail address. I will be slow to consider future purchases.”

“Whilst the product I bought from the Garden Pharmacy was what I expected, it came packaged in a box full of a huge amount of unrecyclable polystyrene packing. This was enough to put me off buying from them again. There is plenty of paper cardboard packing available these days, which can be recycled or composted instead of going straight into landfill.”

Thank you for your comment. We are very conscious of the environment, and we NEVER purchase any polystyrene packaging. All our packaging is recycled form deliveries that we receive from our own suppliers. .

“Very disappointed in the Lalique candles, thought that they would be as good as the Perles Lalique candles, but couldn't smell them they were £30 each what a waist, although I would say that the service from the Garden Pharmacy was good.”

“Nothing really to be happy about !; The photo and specs displayed on your site were matching my request, unfortunately what I received was very different in terms of packaging, contents and fragrance. Consequently The Garden Pharmacy did not make me happy.!”

Many thanks for your review Firstly let me apologise for the difference, but we did send you several emails (over a week) explaining the change of packaging, as we never received a reply we assumed that you were happy with the new packaging. “Was pleased that you had free samples for the product I was interested in, however, I paid nearly £6 for Next Day P+P, but as my order was only placed late afternoon on a Thursday, I was not expecting to receive it on the Friday but I did expect it on the Saturday (as it was coming via Royal Mail). My samples only got delivered on the Monday! Which for a £6 charge I find a bit ridiculous, the said samples could of been popped into a normal sized envelope with a 1st class stamp on and I would of got them in the same time span!”

In theory this should then be sent out to delivery to you. Unfortunately it seems the parcel was then routed to Warrington Mail Centre and then to Leigh for delivery. Please accept our apologies for the delay, which you can appreciate is out of our control.

“Bought 6 tubes of Steradent tablets. Most of the lids were off and the tablets loose in the bag with several broken. I know they were cheap but did expect them to arrive in good order. Not impressed.”

“The website us designed very well and its easy to find what you are looking for. Delivery was really quick and the product was in very good condition. Unfortunately I have never tried the product I ordered before and I ordered a shade which turned out to be to dark. I think it would be helpfully if there was guidance on which shade to pick, for example is best for fair skin.”

“Was a bit disappointed as we stated on the order this was for 2 customers and would like 2 samples of the moisteriser you were advertising. Unfortunateley you only sent one sample which means you may have got 2 further orders for this cream but disappointed as the other customer cannot try even though spend £25.00.”

“Good selection of products and small rewards at each order and a nice compliments card, which makes it a nice experience. However the site is not great, funny things happening with the payments, you receive an email that the order has not been registered and next thing you get alerted that your products have been dispatched... Would be good to sort this out”
