Delivery came quickly but having just opened it and used it for the first time, it is apparent that it is fake. Packaging is close but not quite there when compared side by side. But most importantly the contents smell and feel completely different. If it seems to good to be true...

Took me about 6 or 8 attempt to put my order. Got directed to Chat, where nobody answered. After I finally put my order in, there was no "submit" or anything to finish my order. I can't even remember how it was finally done.

Many thanks for your review. We have now amended the description on the website to show the size of the palettes. Please remember that this is a trial kit (£8.95) and was made to allow customers to try the shades on, who do not have access to our store testers. Looking at the cost per ml - the price is very similar to the full size product.

the size of the bottle well was that small you could hardly see it nearly paid ten pound for it have found it alot cheaper else where rip off

Have not got the product. I asked it to be delivered to a different address as I am at work all day and they didn't. So now I have to get it re-delivered.

I bought some anti-biotic eye drops on line to cure my conjunctivitis so I would not have to visit a pharmacy or, even worse, take time off work to visit my doctor. The drops are in a packet that is about one inch by one inch by two inches so ( I thought) easily posted through my letterbox. Imagine my horror when I returned home to find that the postman had left a note that I needed to go to my local pick-up point ( four miles away and only open limited hours) to collect a package that was 'too big' to post through my letterbox. I had to take time out of my work day to go out of my way and get to the pick-up point to be the first in the queue. I then found that my small package had been parcelled up to be about ten times the size of the actual eye drops. I have my contact lenses delivered by post ( about the same size as the eye drops) and the opticians know that most people will be at work when the postman arrives so they sensibly package the parcel in a way that means the postman can simply post the package through the letterbox. I have no problem with the drops that were delivered but the actual mode of delivery leaves a lot to be desired as it has inconvenienced me enormously..... could do a lot better.

I ordered the dermablend total body corrective cover cream, it cost nearly £30 and I find it doesn't work and the colour is awful! You really should help people more with information on your website.

I bought a product on the website and they sent me the wrong one. I had to go there to change it and I could have bought the product there directly without paying the delivery!

Site difficult to negotiate. Colour reproduction poor. Have some products not at all happy with. Attention to despath very good.

Parcel has been lost by Royal Mail due to type of packaging used - a box = (not sure what size box is - but the RM cannot find it. Not sure why tweezers would be packed in a box any way, when a bubble wrap envelope would have sufficed and could be put through the letter box

I ordered a specific Chanel face cream, they sent the wrong one then when i called they said they had sold out of the one I ordered. They told me they would send me a per paid envelope to return it. What a hassle! Might as well have gone to the shop to buy it in the first place.
