As usual, delivered rapidly, packaged nicely and in good order. We ordered Man by Jimmy Choo, and the receiver absolutely loved the scent.

Product arrived at least 30 days later than promised. The item was back ordered. I was not updated and received no contact until I enquired as to why there was such a long delay. I also had to 'repay' on my PayPal account because the 30 day rule had expired. All this added to the delay. No offer of any recompense was received. Product arrived when I was not in. I had to wait over the weekend before I could pick it up.

I ordered one Item which was in picture and I've got another item which they said is same but is another pack like is new pack ....an I found same item with new pack and I send pictures I said for me is not the same but Harry Ganz from customer service repeated me 10 time is same ....and said to me I can send back but 4 pounds for delivery I will not get back and money for return also I have to pay and I will not get back...so I think this is ridiculous never I didn't have like this....I will not recomend this company someone....

The web site and description shows and describes a beige candle holder and we received a green candle holder which did not match our decor.

The delivery service you are using to deliver in Portugal - FedEx - is just too bad to be true! You should consider changing to another delivery company or just deliver your items through the traditional postal services. I'm pretty unsatisfied with the delivery service you have right now. I didn't yet received the product I bought and it was shipped on the last 24th of April! I've already called FedEx twice, today, in order to see where can I go to pick up my package. They were just unable to tell me if I can go there and pick it up. Simply ridiculous!!! Adding to this, the tracking of the package - that we can access on the FedEx site - just states that it has been delivered on the 29th of April. Simply unbelievable!

I ordered a Dermablend product online. I did not notice that there was a no return policy when I ordered (have subsequently seen this). Shade choice was Light, Medium or Tan. I went for light. When I got the product it was much darker than my skin tone and totally unsuitable. When I emailed the company asking if I could return it - they have refused saying they have a no return policy. They further added that if I wanted an exact skin tone match - I should visit a stockist. It does not say this anywhere on the product description. Very POOR customer service and couldn't care less attitude.

Usually I'm a satisfied customer. This time, however, I am not. As usual, I requested delivery using a 'signature on delivery' method (Recorded / ...), but the package was just left with our other mail.

The item I received was not the one I ordered. I especially wanted to by the item on-line, as it is NOT sold in department stores or airport stores here in Finland. I hope the quality of your deliveries is not this low always and hope to get the instructions how to replace the item.

I was cheated. I asked to get my item as a gift or lower price, so i dont have to pay for taxes. They said yes, we will send your item as a gift or lower price so you dont have to pay for taxes. But they did not send my item as a gift or lower price as we agreed. When I got my item, I had to pay 51 USD for customs. Thnx u alot!!!!!!!!!!! I will never order from you again

My order didn't arrive. Another was sent, postage wasn't refunded. When the replacement was sent I saw that I had been charged for something that is given away as a free sample!!! Terrible customer service.
