“Helpful and prompt chat feature on the website - a knowledgable staff member answered my query very satisfactorily. Order placed and delivered on time. Use of Royal Mail appreciated as much more convenient to collect if unable to deliver.”

“I am always so pleased with the service provided by Garden Pharmacy, online. I frequently wait until I am running very low on products, end up ordering at the last moment ie Friday afternoon and still they manage to deliver my order by the next day (this is with their standard postage charge!). Thank you so much (also the free samples that they provide allow me to test some of the other products in the skincare I use without having to buy a product and take a chance, I have particularly sensitive skin.”

“The service was fantastic. My product arrived according to schedule. My first impression of the item was that it was of good quality and professionally packaged. The product offers a good quantity of samples to try out on large areas. It is of good quality and blends into the skin without any difficulty.”
