“I was very impressed by your notification of my difficult to get items You were out of stock for a long time ( not your fault0 but when Dunhill was av ailable I was told, When I ordered my items were received safely and quicly. Excellent service”

“I received the " back in stock email" on a Tuesday and ordered my goods that evening. I received them Thursday being kept informed by email of the journey. My goods were well packed so overall an excellent service. I will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recomend.”

“This order arrived the next day, and that even when I had emailed a change in the address just after I submitted the order. Their reply email said they had changed it, but I thought it might delay delivery. Excellent!”

“I placed my order on Wednesday afternoon, received an email from you later that day to say the parcel had been dispatched, received an email from the Post Office on Thursday morning to say the parcel was in their possession and it would be delivered sometime that day and it was with my about 1 pm. Such excellent service all round. Thank you.”

“A special Store because they have, and now again do sell my most favouritist eau de toilette that supposedly stopped being made about 10 years ago. (How do they do that?!). Garden allowed me to register online with them so I would be notified when 'Special EDT'* was back in stock; service beyond expectations because they told me end of August and I was emailed mid August; I put my order in the same day, my order was dispatched that same day and I recieved order next day with no charge for P&P. Top service. *Secret EDT because I need this stock to last forever. Can't afford to buy more than 4 at a time!”
