“first time order,,,, part of which was currently out of stock, ,,,but was contacted immediately to let me know, and was given various options - excellent communication !! available item from my order was dispatched and delivered within 2 working days,, and included a couple of free samples ! couldn't ask for more,, excellent,, will definitely be a returning customer.”

“I purchased Vichy Dermablend foundation in Nude. Fantastic service from The Garden Pharmacy - I received an email within the day, informing me that my product had been despatched and it arrived the day after! Dermablend, by the way, is amazing. I have a combination skin, prone to outbreaks (urgh!) and my last foundation was a mineral powder. This was ok, but it did have a tendency to show creases and lines (not good at 47 when you're trying to slow the advancing years...). Dermablend is very forgiving and the smallest amount covers really well - you can even dab a little more on those awkward spots without it looking caked on. Would really recommend it - and Garden Pharmacy's price was very good too.”

“Goods supplied very promptly, well-packed and in good condition. The Vichy after sun I ordered is expensive and quite difficult to find. I would have preferred to buy a larger size (300 ml) tube instead of 3 x 100ml tubes and this may have produced a saving, but could not find availability anywhere in the UK. (I bought a 300 ml tube in Tenerife earlier this year, where it was cheaper).”
