“Ordered a product which I found The Garden Pharmacy stocked after doing a Google search. It was despatched the same day as the order was received an excellent service. Unfortunately the product was not as described - not The Garden Pharmacy's fault but it did not do as advertised (cover tattoos). However The Garden Pharmacy agreed for me to return it and get a refund, which I did and the refund was received as soon as they received the goods back. Really good customer service and contact.”

“A great selection of products, especially of those items that can be hard to find in regular high street pharmacies. The delivery was within the stated 24 hours and I was informed of its progress along the way. Absolutely first class service and I wouldn't hesitate to use Garden Pharmacy again or to recommend it to family & friends. A definite 5 stars!”

Many thanks for your review - unfortunately your order was received after our 4pm cut off time for Next Day delivery (as stated in our Delivery Terms - https://www.garden.co.uk/delivery-information). I hope this explains the time scale for the delivery of your order. With kind regards Harry Ganz harry@garden.co.uk
