“I have only bought from the Garden Pharmacy twice but I am impressed with their service and product range. I always seem to have difficulty finding what I want in department stores and airports but each time the Garden Pharmacy has had what I was looking for and so I shall always use them in future.”

“I am really happy with the service. The product reached me promptly, almost the next day. The only reason I am not giving "5" is because of the prices; compared to other online stores they could be lower”

“I found the site very helpful - I was ordering a product which I had never used before and it proved to be exactly what I wanted. Service was fantastic - I ordered next day delivery, but didn't really expect it as I live in Cornwall and don't usually get it , but in fact it arrived before lunchtime”

“Postage within Europe is extremely expensive and is not really post but a courier service. I suggest that customers should be able to choose their preference as this depends on their order and speed.”

Unfortunately due to the Dangerous Goods Act (Jan 2013) fragrances, certain cosmetic products, nail varnishes and aerosols were prohibited from regular post. The only alternative was to use a courier service, which enabled us to post these items.
