“I found the site very helpful - I was ordering a product which I had never used before and it proved to be exactly what I wanted. Service was fantastic - I ordered next day delivery, but didn't really expect it as I live in Cornwall and don't usually get it , but in fact it arrived before lunchtime”

“Postage within Europe is extremely expensive and is not really post but a courier service. I suggest that customers should be able to choose their preference as this depends on their order and speed.”

Unfortunately due to the Dangerous Goods Act (Jan 2013) fragrances, certain cosmetic products, nail varnishes and aerosols were prohibited from regular post. The only alternative was to use a courier service, which enabled us to post these items.
