“The handling of my order was done very quickly and I was informed about every step of the ordering process. However, the delivery costs are high and although much is paid, the package was simply stored on your doorstep by FedEx, although several parties residing in this house. Therefore, it would surprise me if there would be a signature for the takeover”

“I ordered a specific Chanel face cream, they sent the wrong one then when i called they said they had sold out of the one I ordered. They told me they would send me a per paid envelope to return it. What a hassle! Might as well have gone to the shop to buy it in the first place.”

“Brilliant service - Living in the far North West Scottish Highlands (Near Isle of Skye) we rely on on-line shopping and very much appreciate your incredibly speedy delivery and the wee samples are a lovely treat.
