I'm sorry that your parcel was delayed in the post, it was mailed by 1st class post within 24 hours of your order being placed. Royal Mail guidelines are only estimates and not guarantees and these days we are experiencing higher than normal delays, possibly due to widespread staff absences caused by the current wave of covid infections. We do offer a next day delivery service for when receipt of an item by a certain date is required.

“The owner was incredibly helpful in advising me what inks I should buy. I had phoned 2 London shops and the staff had no product knowledge so I made by 3 purchases of ink from Hamilton and I am very satisfied. However, the test will be in 40 years time if the ink on the label is still legible! I recently saw an exhibition at the British Library called Elizabeth and Mary of documents and manuscripts dating from 1533. I don’t know what that ink was made from but they were legible. I feel confident that Hamilton sells quality inks from various manufacturers for various needs and price ranges. Thank you.”

“I am rating the company 5 stars for their caring approach to their customers. Unfortunately, the product I ordered and they supplied was faulty and they replaced it immediately without question. More unfortunately the replacement was faulty, too, so it looks as though the biro refills that I purchased were in a faulty lot. I cannot fault the company but the particular product I ordered was rubbish (not their fault).”
