“SCAM COMPANY!!!
SCAM COMPANY!!!
Sent a model of phone I didn’t order, that didn’t work on arrival.
Spent months chasing a refund. Only achieved through PayPal.
Consumer Protection Agency had to get my postal costs back.
No customer services. Just ignored.
Repeatedly asked to send in same information. IT systems must be Post-It notes.
Total scam artist company!!!!”
“Sent my phone in and and got told Apple isnt working, this is a function i used all the time and was working when i sent my phone. I guess they have swap the part out for one that doesnt work”

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
I would give 0 stars if I could.
I foolishly trusted the reviews and went ahead despite never having used this company. HUGE mistake!!!
I order an Iphone 11 I paid £350 for and after 2 weeks, I still haven't received it.
The company has cut corners by sending the phone regular post and, 'allegedly', Royal Mail claim to have put it through the gap in the front door. No evidence of that other than a picture from the postman holding a parcel in front of a door.
I never received the phone. None of my neighbours did either. Not even the cafe' next door to us. I have had to go and bother every single one of these people to no avail, all because the iOutlet did not have the common sense nor the curtesy to send the phone sign for (as you would for valuable items).
After contacting them and me always having to chase them, the same lady has repeatedly responded that they couldn't do anything until they conduct an investigation with Royal Mail. Not much to investigate. We already know the answer and I have already communicated their statement to iOutlet over a week ago.
I keep being fobbed off and stalled in the hope that I will eventually just go away, minus £350!!!
After giving them plenty of warning, I have now put a claim through Paypal.

“I bought an iPad Air 2 from this company, it seemed fine at first but stopped charging after two weeks, I sent it back and got a replacement. When the replacement arrived it was an iPad Air 1 which is similar (and cheaper) to the iPad Air 2 (not everyone might notice this difference) and when switched on was also faulty. When I phoned to complain they were not very apologetic. I wouldn’t buy from this company and didn’t find them very trustworthy or honest. Also, when waiting for my replacement they couldn’t give me a time scale and said I just had to “wait and see” when they would get that model in again, despite having paid for an iPad I wasn’t getting to use and my while my warranty period was ticking away. Useless 😥 My experience was that the prices are low for a reason.. I wouldn't trust them unfortunately”
“I ordered a grade b phone which arrived covered in fingerprints. I thought there was writing on the sides of phone, on closer examination it is GRIME!! Absolutely disgusting, unhygienic plus downright dangerous during this deadly pandemic. I'm returning it & won't be buying from here again.👎”
“I think this company is a scam. They take my money and cancelled the order and said they would refund me. I have email them and called them many times and the "customer service" always apologise and said they would check with the accounts and ask me to call back in 2 days. Many 2 days already.”
“Don’t trust them, they’re not even a proper company. Run under James Green Ltd, not iOutlet, probably doesn’t have permission for that.
I returned a faulty phone 3 times, still no refund or a phone.
They have no clue to customer service, beware.... they’ll take your money also.”
“We ordered an Apple Watch for my daughters birthday almost two weeks ago. Still waiting for it. They sent this by Royal Mail (?!) and it has since disappeared. Ioutlet refusing to get involved by tracing it replacing. Still no Apple Watch and a lot of money down! Still ongoing. Don’t bother. Very unhelpful and who sends an expensive item like that by Royal Mail???”
