“I purchased boots on line and wore them once and they did not fit correctly and hurt my feet. I tried to exchange for a larger size and was told no because I wore them. I was told I should have wore them for 10 mins in my kitchen. I never heard of such a thing. I've purchased boots from other company's and have always been able to return the boots. I will never purchase anything from your company again.”

“The boots are very comfortable (I had to purchase a size down from what I normally wear) and so far waterproof. I have only had them one week, and so far so good. How they hold up in the long term is what's important...I have seen several people reported their boots started splitting within or just after one year or so. I'm hoping that doesn't happen given the high cost and generally great reputation Muck Boots seems to have. Time will tell, but definitely initially satisfied.”

“Your product stands for itself, but we r very upset withour purchase. My husband purchased boots for my son for christmas which ended up not being the proper size. He called back and was informed just to put the boots back in the box and put the address label which came with the boots back on the box for shipping leaving us without a receipt for shipment. Ups come to our location and take several boxes a day and leaves no recept. Also our credit card was stolen so we had to get a new one since this happened which he called twice and gave all the info and we still havent received a credit. We purchased these boots to replace the others due to the fact winter is half over and my son needed boots. We feel that this is unacceptable and if it was up to my husband, we would not have purchased these nor purchase ever again.”

“I have owned 2 pair of muck boots. 1st two pair (mid height Camp Boot & shoes) 7 years old and worn extensively. Best rubber boot I have ever owned. Fit perfectly and tough. The shoe is nice but I need something taller to stay dry. Just received my 3rd pair being the Artic Excursion Ankle boot. Haven't worn them but once and find they are tighter at the upper ankle ( I have a high arch) and seem to run a little smaller than the Camp Boot. TexCol.”

“These boots are marvelously warm. I live in northern MN, where we've been having below zero "highs" for daytime temps! My feet have been warm and toasty no matter how long I've been outside in them. The only suggestion I would make is to buy a larger size than you normally wear. I found them difficult to put on/take off. The larger size makes it much easier, plus, I can wear a little thicker sock.”

“It took over 2 weeks to get a refund after the returned product had been received by the company. There should be some clarification around the difference between muck boots and muck boot company .com as it made it very difficult to exchange the product when I ordered the new pair of boots from a different company than the original first pair I was returning.”
