Great boot until they fall apart then u r done 40-50 hours of wear and sole came off.. both feet and they said we won’t do anything cause they over a year old… wow… way to keep customers happy and brand devoted… never again and my money somewhere else…

Warning to those who need to exchange for a different size ... the exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase. That is not noted on Muck Boot website. Return policy is within 30 days, however they don't specify that also pertains to exchanges. The company would not work with me to exchange two pairs of boots beyond 30 days. Also, their call center must be short staffed. I attempted to get through on three occasions where I had to hang up after waiting for longer that 15 minutes.

I have worn muck boots for over 10 years; working on heavy equipment, farm, and hunting. Muck has been the boot that I wear daily. I have 4 pairs. Over the past 3 new pair of Muck boots that I have purchased, the pull tab to assist pulling on the boot have torn loose. After inspection, I found that the stitching was terrible. Quality is now compared to made in China. Muck, you best get your quality back in line or loose my future purchases.

If you have small calfs, don't get a pair of Muck boots, they will rub your leg raw and the boot will be full of snow before you know it. And way to expensive for rubber boots.

The sole on my excursion mid pro separated after less than 1 year. Muck Boots advised I needed to contact Honeywell Safety Corp. I have tried several calls, no answers or response to emails. I contacted Muck again and they were like Sorry. Nothing we can do.

Hello, Although I usually love Mucks, this was a disappointment. I have to pull barrels up a cement walkway. The boots are so stiff (no give) and no traction and I find my feet slipping out from underneath me. :-( I feel they are pretty pricey and wish I could return them.

Loved the look of the boot! Great print! But the heel moved too much in my boot. Fit every where else. It was disappointing.

The service I received as far as my order and customer service was very good. What I was very disappointed about was the website was very misleading about Free Return Shipping. I placed my original order, thinking if the boots did not fit properly I could return them for free. They were much more narrow than the other two pairs of Muck boots I already own so I wanted to return them for a refund but then saw, in the fine print, there is a $15.00 charge to return them for a refund; the Free Return Shipping only applies for exchanges, which was not made clear on the website. I did call and talked with Fred, who was extremely helpful in trying to help me find another pair of boots that might meet my needs but was unable to find another pair that would work for me. I would not have placed my original order if I had known I was going to have to pay to return them and I am very unlikely to order anything else from the Muck Boots Store.

Honestly super disappointed in the Muck Article Pro Steel Toe Boots. I have the exact same boots without the steel toe for hunting and general purpose play in the snow and the ones without the steel toe are 100% warmer than the ones with the steel toe. The first week I wore the steel toe version after receiving it was generally -16 degrees out side while working in flint Michigan. (I’m a substation technician so my whole job is pretty much outside). The boots are not a bad quality or anything. They just are not nearly as warm as my older pairs.

I have been buying edgewater for years and years, many pair. This year I ordered the MucksterII and in appearance it is similar, in fit it is too tight and the elastic uppers are horrible. I bought this pair on line and will not go through the aggravation of sending them back. So, I gave them to a homeless guy and I am off to find a new shoe source. Sorry that your product line is inconsistent for size and fit.

Ordered according to directions. They said width would not be an issue. The boots were way to tight. I had to pay the shipping to return.

The left shoe felt like the heel was too high and tilted. Sent shoes back for refund.

I have not received the boots yet. I was promised a 5% discount in an e/mail before I ordered the most recent pair. Never got it?

I haven't had the boots very long but my first impression is that the quality is very good. My only negative is that as a farmer I need to overlap the top of the boot with my pant leg to keep hay chafe and wood chips out of my boots. I have had these boots for almost 7 months and yesterday(5-11-18) I found that the soles on both left and right boot were separating. This means water in on both feet and makes them useless for my needs. The money I spent, over $125.00, was not well spent.

I liked my old Muck boots a lot, but the new ones which were the same size felt harder and more narrow. I just didn't like the feel and returned them. I bought Bog boots instead.

The boots ordered were a gift. My mother in law who is in her 70's said that they are hard to pull on and that they foot and arch support in not enough. Thought the purple Hi boot would be practical and light weight for the Illinois winter. Did not expect to hear that the boots are not comfortable. In own a similar pair and love the fit and style.

pant legs don't fit in side boots without pinching . also $204 is a lot of money to pay for boots made in China.
