“I love these shoes and have worn them for 10 years, I go thru a pair every 6 months. I keep trying other shoes and coming back. I wish Muck would look at my worn shoes and learn from them to see where they could be made just a bit better. Please.”

“Great service. Boots are good. The seam on the upper side of the foot is the first one to split (based on our old boots). I hope these will last longer. The soles were not worn when the upper split.”

“For starters Muck Boots make the most comfortable safety toed boot out there in my opinion I work in the electrical underground field and I'm constantly and wet and muddy conditions. They wear like tennis shoes and allow flexibility if you're spending any extended time kneeled down in cramped environments. I wear work socks and my feet come out slightly damp at the end of the day however it is a small price to pay for a quality work boot. Ive strayed to leather boots on occasion yet always come back to the comfort and durability of a Muck Boot.”

“Sizing is not good. I went down half size as suggested, and they are still too big. Didn't want to hassle with a return so I just wear heavy socks. Other than that, the boots are great. Perfect slip on gardening shoes. I keep them outside my back door and wear them every time I go out. They are sturdy enough to use for shoveling or walking on uneven terrain, yet light enough to wear all day. Because of the great ankle coverage, the boots have already saved me from the fire ants on several occasions. Love my Muck Boots!”

“Wide feet need size up, not down so had to return 1st set of boots. Felt notice of returned boots was little slow. Ups said Muckboots received return early on Friday, I finally texted on Tuesday. Return acknowledged, refunded requested after my text. I like the boots, warm and feel secure walking in them.”

“Warmest boots I have ever owned. Very comfy and lightweight, make sure to order them tight. My only complaint is the soles are very soft. Working at a sewage plant, spending most of the time walking on concrete the soles are wearing very fast.”

“I was given a pair of muck chore boots by my daughter and her family. Wore them out doors to feed wood into the boiler barefooted in 2° & stayed comfortable. Bought a pair of tack muck boots for my daughter and a pair of fancy muck boots for one of her daughters (they have horses, etc.)”

“Great boots. But I don’t feel that they are as warm as claimed. First night I wore them out in the snow 23 degrees and my toes were cold. For the price they should do what they claim they do.”

“The first pair of boots I ordered were too small (it seems that over the years the sizes have canged...perhaps to make people feel better about their "size"? And then you don't carry half sizes anymore. But the product is still very good and I love them! I had the last pair for a5 yrs or so.”

“I ordered Arctic Sport Steel Toe boots for work and I love them! My feet don't get cold in them and it saves me from having to trudge around in snow pants around the cement plant. Recommend!”

“Ordered Artic print lady's boots. They were the wrong size, had to send back. They paid the return shipping and told me to re order that it would be quicker. I let them hit my credit card again for $134.95. They received the wrong boots back and I still have yet to get the credit for return. To date it's been 10 days and still no credit. The boots are great! Customer service, not so great.”
