“Boots are great, although had to send back & get a larger size as size 7 didn’t fit. No half sizes. Very disappointed with the refund/exchange procedure. Had to send them back (at my cost) order more with delivery again paid by ME. Over £19 on delivery! Pretty rubbish. Never heard of a shop where you can’t just order a free exchange..... Get with the times. Especially when you can’t try them on. Won’t purchase again.”

“I like the quality of your boots, I work on construction sites in all weather conditions and your variety of boots suites me well, but the size discrepancy in different makes of boots is way off, sold the pair that I bought on your website because they weren't a true size 12, very disappointed”

“I am concerned that my feet were cold the first time I wore them. I had a ice fishing contest and so I bought these boots for it they are the polar model and I thought they were good for -32. But my feet were freezing not sure why.”

“The boots are great for working in wet muddy conditions because you’re feet will stay dry. The reason I only gave them 3 stars is because they don’t keep your feet as warm as they are advertised to do.”

“I ordered pair of boots, I chatted with rep on sizing before I ordered. Boots are not true to shoe size (too large) so I returned for exchange, waiting on replacement pair in smaller size to arrive. Free shipping./exchange was helpful.”

“If you have a high arch the boots are too stiff to put on. Boots should be more flexible.”

“The boot is ok. I am a 17.5" wide calf and boot buckles rubbing back of ankle raw. Must wear heavy sock to avoid discomfort.”

“Quality product, but the men's 9's I ordered were too small. Reviews said the boots fit true to size (not true in my case - I wear men's 9's in other shoes). With the EdgewaterII's, I needed another half-size (or more) for the right fit. When the boots didn't fit true to size and I had to return them and I went with a different manufacturer. If you return the boots (do not exchange them), Muck Boots will not pay for the return shipping. Probably fair but understand the policy in advance.”

“The boots arrived quickly and seem to be well made. They were very pricey, so I hope they hold up well. I did not realize they are made for low temperatures. I live in central Texas and find them to be too warm. Maybe they will be more suitable this winter.”

“This is the fourth pair of muck boots I have bought. Even thoughI was told they should last years each only last about 1 year due to the work I do. I like the longevity and durability of the boots so I keep buying them. But the soles fall apart in a year”

“Product had to be returned, no issue with the quality etc, boots were to narrow. Staff made the entire return procedure "doable".”

“You still make a muck shoe . (Good)Sole seems better than the camp shoe that the muckster replaced.(good) They seem to be more plastic like as opposed to rubbery as the camp shoe was. (Maybe not so good) Entry /exit is tighter than the original .(may improve with age) time will tell”

“ordered the boots over 2 months before I received them. They were back ordered which I did not find out until after I ordered them. If I had known that I would have looked elsewhere as I needed the boots now. They took the money out of my account immediately so had my money for 2 months and I could not get them somewhere else. As far as the boots themselves go. I love them and very good quality. Muck boots last for several years. But they are spendy.”

“The shoe I orderd is not my size. when I asked size 7 , they told me they do not have it and i took it very personal ( i was sad). the sells person told me she has only size 8 , I took size 8, But on the bill paper they wrot size 7. This shows me they have size 7 but they did not want to give me or they did not want to sell the shoe to me. The shoe I love it, but it is big it is not my size.”

Ghenet, We are sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar experience shopping at our site. I did look at your order and see that you ordered a unisex style that is a Men's size 7/Women's size 8. The style you ordered is discontinued and our inventory is limited (we have sense sold out completely). We do hope your Mucks work out great and we hope to serve you in the future!

“Because you phased out the shower I wanted- for women, I had to resort to buying one in mens size. It's a trifle BIG. I am NOT thrilled. And frankly, I can not for the life of me understand why you'd phase out SUCH a classic. Or the neoprene one! Both are superior to the new ones by a MILE!”

“I have owned Several pair over the years and love how easy they are to put on and off. I wear them year-round. Unfortunately my last pair did not hold up as well and basically fell apart before their time. They were also the first pair with neoprene lining. Although I did buy a new pair, it is the last pair if the same thing happens.”
