“The store in general is fine.. the return policies however for something other than size is questionable. I bought arctic boots that are suppose to be good for cold, snow etc but how do you know if they will be warm like they claim unless you wear them in the cold? Of course they do not keep feet warm.. not at 20 degrees, not at 30 degrees, not even at 40 degrees.. so that said I am stuck with a boot that for the most part is fine as long as you only use them in mild weather conditions then they are excellent. but of course once worn they can't be returned so be warned, they may, or may not work for you, and for the price they should work!”

“I have found ordering from The Muck Boot Store to be a very easy, seamless process. I was going to soon buy another pair of Arctic Pro boots, but I was able to get this done "earlier" because of the offer of free shipping from the store. Because I already know my correct size from previous purchases, I anticipate ordering in this same manner in the future.”

“I BOUGHT MY FIRST MUCK BOOTS 2 YEARS AGO AND I LOVE THEM. I RECENTLY ORDERED MY SECOND PAIR ON-LINE AND IT WAS SIMPLE, QUICK AND RECEIVED THEM ON THE DATE THEY SAID I WOHLD. THEY ARE SO WARM, FIT WONDERFULLY.”

“Shipping was very fast! Boots are awesome, I've had the chance to wear them in very slushy, deep snow and sub zero weather. Even though they might not be the prettiest boots around they are definitely the most dependable. The tread helps me feel safe while walking and they are very comfortable. I'm so happy I bought these instead of something for the looks. I normally wear a 7 1/2 but bought a 7 after trying on the shorter version in a store. They fit great even with a thick pair of socks. I'd definitely buy these again.”
