“Product differs from description/picture. VCA RFG was meant to fit onto Red Sea tanks under 3 foot. The item received has the wrong connection which is different to the one pictured on website. Email sent to customer service with no reply. Now I have wasted $30 on an item I can't use!”

“Was chasing an automatic fish feeder. The crew had it sent in an instant. From ordering online to delivery was only a couple of days despite public holidays and weekends. That’s service. And the feeder does what I need it too😊 Will be getting more stuff in the future.”
