“Speedy shipping plus helpful and knowledgeable staff. It makes a huge difference to the buying experience. I have recently had the opposite experience with another online retailer (because tech den don’t ship live product) and will never recommend them to anyone. Just wish I could have bought the fish off Tech Den.”

“Great service although one of my 12 small fish purchased died again within 24 hours. Last time I purchased 6 neon tetras and one was dead when I arrived home which is a 10 minute drive from the store.”
