“I've been to Tech Den twice in past week, so I'm not sure which visit the review pertains to. If it was purchasing multiple fish: Staff member very helpful & obliging during my sizeable purchase. When I asked about various food or products to settle them in the best, she kindly asked another employee for help when she wasn't fully certain of the answer. I appreciated her help, as well as kindness, when she provided me with a stepper to sit on as I'm unable to stand for lengthy periods. If review was referring to my bringing in an Ehiem heater that had stopped working - staff were helpful this day too, & were sending it off under a warranty claim.”

“What fantastic staff and store. I went there prepared to spend a considerable amount of money to clear my algae problem. The guy listened carefully as I explained my problem. This was a very important step. Then he advised me Not to get a UV filter now, he selected some bags and a product that he reckoned would fix my problem. Overnight my algae problem cleared up. This is the first time since setting this tank up nearly two months ago, that the water was crystal clear. My wife and I were amazed. Now your store is my first stop for anything I need in the future. Noel”
