“They provided great advice, I was going to go with a Fluval Plant 3 but they recommended a Chihiros WRGB instead. Awesome light, tons of power for my tank as its 76cm deep. Quick delivery too.”

“They are dedicated to selling a huge range of aquarium products only as opposed to aquarium shops in general selling primarily fish and corals but with a limited amount of hardware as a sideline - would be hard to do both and have had a couple of bad experiences with aquarium shops sending something else instead of what I requested when they were out of stock - again, hard to do both. They also offer the option of 'Express Delivery' instead of standard AusPost which is chaotic ATM because of this Covid thing -”

“Exceptional service, every single time. Fastest postage ever. Covid means nothing to these guys I always get my deliveries within a couple of days! Cheapest prices too, I don’t even bother looking at other sites anymore. So highly recommended, it’s hard to come by service like this anymore.”

“I paid for my product online and was all very simple and got a phone call to confirm my purchase. However I live an hour away from the store and got my partner to go pick up my order while I was at work. She returned and only then did we realise we received the wrong item. Simple error but quite annoying being such a distance away.”
