“Excellent after sales assistance to replace a faulty transformer in a filter. Dean at Tech Den is always such a pleasure to deal with and helped me to resolve the issue I was having easily and quickly to get my filter up and running again. I can't recommend the service at Tech Den highly enough.”

“The KH kit is not accurate for measuring water hardnes. Firdt of all, I had problem with getting one drop from the piet of reagent 1 bottle. The hole of the pipet let out too many drops intstead of one. Then, the color of the water changed from grey to magenta without addition of geagent 2. I an voing to return the product. With regards Olga.”

“Really was not very impressed by the service when I was last there. One person walked around the floor, helped one person then walked away while several other people in same area waited for fish to be caught for them. He really didn't seem at all interested in his job at all. Very poor....”
