“As a woman, who is fairly new to the aquarium hobby, I have been to many places and encountered men who have treated me as though I were not knowledgeable about my one passion (shrimp) and patronisingly at best. The guys the Tech Den have treated me with respect, listened to me, and treated me wonderfully. I never feel patronised and I always get the help that I need. It is wonderful to be able to go somewhere, feel completely welcome and know that I will be looked after. They have the best selection and we drive 45 minutes to get there because it is absolutely worth it.”

“Made a recent purchase of a new aquarium led light online, I had a question for staff so quickly made a call, the staff member Dean was amazing help went out of his way to look after me. My light was shipped quickly to NSW, arrived in perfect condition. Will 100% recommend Tech Den for our aquarium needs. Thanks guys”

“Awesome group of staff & super friendly service. You can find pretty much anything you need in there. Shout out to Little Dean who was able to help me out over the phone & in store to pick up my tank, cabinet & filter. (Apologies to the other guy who helped carry it all to the car as well, never actually got your name but you’re a legend & appreciate the chat & fish keeping advice ✌️). Definitely recommend for any advanced or beginner fish keepers”
