“Initially I only shopped online at The Tech Den because I noticed they re-homed fish. (This impressed me because I'm over other creatures being seen as valued pets but fish being seen as disposable decorations fed by an unethical industry that fails to inform people of even basic care). Then the Tech Den turned out to consistently have high quality product, really competitive prices & great customer service. Their advice is real & educated - not the invented quick sale advice you get at so many aquarium outlets. And they still re-home fish. So it's now the place I look first when I need something.”

“Whilst I have been very happy so far with every purchase, the last was not up to the usual standard: Aqua Pic acid buffer was hard as rock and should be like loose granulates! To measure properly completely unsuitable!! Would hope I can return it…or exchange! Regards, Edmund KRONAWETTER 0493 099 719”

“I don't understand why they can't turn the lights on in there shop, it is hard to view products, I have thought about bring a torch as a joke,I had to take a product over to fish tank light just to read it, I did not but fish in my last visit as it was to hard to get served in there tiny narrow fish isle”
