“They are always helpful and I know my order will be delivered to me in about 3 days. I can order on the weekend and have the order by the next Wednesday. If they do not have something I need I can ask for them to notify me when it comes in. Very reliable.”

“I've used most online aquarium stores and always return to the Tech Den because it has the best range of products at the best price. It has products that no one else sells. They're also really reliable with fast delivery. There are none of the ordering non-existent product issues that do everyone's head in - like you pay only to find out later that it's not in stock. That doesn't happen with The Tech Den.”

“Seriously guys, why would I be asked to fill out a review when for the last two days l have been asking where my fish food order is that still hasn't arrived.? I am still waiting. I love the variety of products you have when they're in stock but the shipping/delivery needs to be dealt with better.”
