“Tech Den sold me 2 faulty air pumps and when I asked for a replacement or refund they refused and blamed it on the diaphragm which they said was not covered by warranty. I told them these have been sitting in storage for so long the diaphragm has literally aged in storage. Either way, they refuse to deal with me so I have now refused to buy anything from them ever again. Easy.”

“Only found out recently you could actually go to the tech den and not just online. Would’ve happily spent all day there talking to the ladies who were working. All of which were hilarious, knowledgeable and welcoming! The biggest aquarium store I’ve been too, I even work at another pet shop (which doesn’t hold up to the tech den) And was blown away at how well the store was presented after shopping online for so long with the huge range online. 20/10 my favorite aquarium shop.”
