“Good morning, Firstly sorry for the delay in writing this review. Secondly I was helped via support regarding a question from Chelsea. Chelsea was professional in her response with what information she was able to supply. The product didn’t have many reviews and she advised this and couldn’t give a proper feedback, however it was this honesty that really made me go ahead with the purchase and honestly I am happy with the product and would buy again. I live in mount carbine in the top of qld otherwise I would have gone in to the store with a thankyou present. You have a staff member that I would recommend keeping at all cost. Thankyou Chelsea again for your support. Attached a small video of my pond I have built for my fish and turtles, it’s almost complete but I will in the near future need some more products from you.”

“Very pleased with the service that I had received. My parcel was delivered within the time frame that I was given to be posted to regional Victoria. Tech Den notified me about being processed and when was dispatched. Very surprised to see a little treat for me in the parcel as well, which was totally unexpected. Will certainly be dealing with them again.”
