“The items arrived promptly, but one of the purchased items had been squeezed in so tightly inside the box that it had shattered into pieces upon arrival. Given the product longevity depends on avoiding fragmentation and excessive friction, it was disappointing to receive it in such manner.”

“When I can't source my aquarium products locally The Tech Den is my goto site. Never had any issues with any of my orders, they're always prompt with sending stuff off and package everything well. My latest delivery took almost a month but that was down to the post not The Tech Den!”
