“I really wanted to get a couple more Angel Fish for my 4' tank,& has my eyes on some medium sized ones. The sales person made me feel like I shouldn't, after I told her I have a 4ft tank, so I ended up not getting them (only the smaller ones I'd already chosen). It did annoy me a bit. She was unaware I have a 2nd tank ready to set up, & I intended eventually moving some of my fish across to it once the bio cycle is suitable.”

“Staff are helpful when I am there although I was given very bad advice about the purchase of a filter. Your hours on weekends are ridiculous as you seem to think no one works during the week. Only being open 10 to 2 and not taking phonecalls on weekends is very poor customer service.”
