““GOOD OLD FASHION SERVICE” Very impressive! I walked through the door and the shop was so busy, customers in the shop no- matter when you call or what day, first impression, (somebody is doing the right thing here!) It was not long, and a staff member was asking if I needed help, very happy to give advice with no pressure to buy. I called into The Tech Den after doing business with another well-known aquarium store, I will not be specific about how I was touched at the other store, but they should be feeling shame, it was almost elderly abuse. I informed the salesperson of my requirements, and he immediately referred me to another person who had proficiency in Reef systems, this person gave me options and a range of prices, his focus was on me meeting my expectations within my budget. As I said “Good Old-Fashioned Service” So, thank you to the first store for pushing me to The Tech Den, and a special thanks to “Lewi” at The Tech Den I have purchased my reef system and am looking forward to an excuse to shop some more. Very Happy”
