I took my Tag Heur watch to the Leicester branch, I paid £390 for a service that took 10 weeks. When it was returned it kept stopping, something had not done before the service. On returning it I was told it would be two to four weeks. I am most unhappy about this and have written to the company expressing my dissatisfaction. I await a response and will provide an update if I receive satisfactory service.

Service good, but a bit slow. It took 4 weeks for a new strap. I also was taken aback at the price, £50 when the watch only cost £95?! If I hadn't been so stunned and too embarrassed to ask for my watch back, I would have gone to the wee man in the Savoy centre who does it for a tenner! Sorry, but that was a totally out of order charge!

I did get my watch back but had to take it in again as it was not fixed. I'm still waiting to hear if it has been properly fixed and have been without it for more than a month now. Please could someone contact me to give me a progress report about it. Regards Sue Figov

I put my watch in to get a new strap fitted( Silverburn Glasgow) where It was measured and I was told to come back in an hour. After going for dinner, I returned to collect the watch and was told that they did not in fact have the correct strap and it would have to be ordered in. That wasn't really an issue as they said it would be within 7 days and I would be contacted if it came in earlier. I received a voicemail 5 days later to say it had arrived & I could collect anytime. I took the 30 minute drive from home the following evening, where upon arrival, the guy behind the counter laughed an apology & stated that the wrong strap had been sent but he had "forgot to phone me". The strap took a further 5 days to arrive so all in it took 2 weeks & 3 return journeys (3 hours of my time)...Unimpressed to say the least

I took my Ebel watch into your Chester branch on August 27 2015 and was told that you had a specialist repairer for quality watches who could repair the watch. I was quoted a price of £520 which I paid in advance by MasterCard. After some considerable time I was told that a part was not available and the watch would now have to be sent to Ebel for them to repair at a further cost of £150. I was finally able to collect the watch on January 26th 2016. It will make me very reluctant to use your services in the future if you are unable to deliver on your commitments.

I took my watch to your place in Highcross Leicester for a new battery and they said it needed a clean also, total cost £60. When I woke the next day the date had not changed. It changed at 12.10pm so I returned it to your place where they said it needed a full service costing £150. I have never had this happen before with a Tissot watch. I have owned this make for 60 years and was disgusted with the way they spoke to me and treated me, not use you again.
