“My Omega DeVille watch purchased new in Dallas Texas 5 years ago stopped working. I went to the Brent Cross outlet in London who gave me a quote for just over £800 in November. They said it would be ready for collection in around 10 weeks but it was ready in 8 weeks. Perfect but the only downside is they collected the money from my credit card in December. I would have preferred to pay either by Debit card or cash when I collected the watch. However it all worked out fine.”

“I was pleased with the new battery and the cleaning of my watch but had to go back within half an hour because the watch strap had not been properly fixed back in place. Good job I was not on the train. Didn't think it was value for money.”

“I chose your company as I work in glasgow. You were not the cheapest by quite a way but locally ideal. You ran over time which was a pain as I missed my diving watch for a holiday.”

“After trying several jewellers I thought my trusty Seiko watch would need to be returned to the manufacturer. Watch Lab did an excellent and speedy job on repairing and cleaning the bracelet. The two staff members were courteous, helpful and efficient.”
