“A replacement battery into my Michael Kors watch. Replacement was done quickly, under an hour at the Glasgow, Buchanan Galleries shop. Slightly cheaper than a jewelers.”

“My 10 year old Omega Seamaster developed a problem with the winding crown. Steve Singh at the Cribbs Causeway Bristol branch sent it away to obtain an estimate of cost. Although quite expensive (£490) including service, it was comparable to prices given by other Omega dealers. I was advised that the work would take between 8 to 10 weeks, and it was completed within this timescale. The watch was returned in excellent condition with a number of general wear scratches having been buffed out. I would recommend this company.”

“The Bristol Cribbs Causeway branch were able to replace the battery and reseal my watch within one hour if I chose. The Watch is a Tag Heuer. They also offered to clean the strap etc. I was pleased that they were able to do the work quickly. I had taken the watch to Goldsmiths to have the battery done and they stated they would send it away and this could take 6-8 weeks however they recommended the Watch lab as an alternative. I was therefore surprised to learn that the Watch Lab is now owned by Goldsmiths and wondered why Goldsmiths did not send their watches to Watch Lab so the work could be done more quickly. It does seen that Goldsmiths and Watch lab are a monopoly giving less choice to the customer and also this explains why their price bands are so similar. I was happy with the work done but felt the price was very high £95 for a battery change and £25 to clean the strap this seems to be taking advantage of your customers.”

“After having a bad experience with your Victoria centre Nottingham last time , I thought I would try a second time reluctantly. I took two omega deville , a Gucci a Seiko and less expensive watch all for battery replacement. They did as promised and also did a strap cleanse at half price . Your staff have redeemed your company's reputation and I will go back again”

“The Employee Greer was courteous and seemed quite enthusiastic in what he does. He reassured everything was insured, so there nothing. To worry about and he measured my wrist and said it would be 30 minutes and I could go about my business after filling in a little paperwork. I returned and it fitted perfectly first time. Well done. One thing I would like is a message stating my watch was ready. Other than that, pleasant visit. Grand SEIKO Snowflake.”

“This is the third time I have used the Watch Lab. - Omega Seamaster in 2007 - Service £150; 2016 - moisture under glass - £440 - Ebel in 2014 - Service and Break (in France by a French Professional repairer!) - £600 All times good service by a professional & courteous attendant. They have kept their promise on quality and repair times. I continue to use them.”
