“I wanted a extra link put on my watch strap.they couldn't do it immediately and as i was on holiday they helpfully fitted a new strap which did the job”

“I took my tag watch for a new battery etc to the Preston branch of watch lab. The service was very good and the work carried out within the agreed timescale . I would recommend ... Maybe slightly pricey but customer service and work makes up for it .”

“Very happy with the advice and service. My watch is a Longines and it had the bracelet renewed and a new glass on the face. I used your Chester store. There were several phone messages going both ways which got a bit confusing hence my reluctance to put very good.”

“My ladies Omega Constellation, went in for battery, servicing, and repair due to water damage (my own fault, I didn't send it away for a new battery and it wasn't sealed properly). Cost £500, in all. Rather on the expensive side, but watch came back like new. I would recommend as the service was exceptional, but might be an idea to get other quotes. I used the York branch.”

“I visited Watch Lab in Leeds, Trinity Quarter for the repair of my Longines Dolce Vita watch which was more than 10 years old and had not been serviced in that time. The repair took 9 weeks which was only 1 week over the estimated time when the watch was originally left. The watch now looks like new and works properly. A 2 year warranty backs this up. Although it felt like ages without my watch, I'm very pleased with the results and would use Watch Lab again.”

“I visited the Preston shop recently on a Saturday afternoon with my Armani watch which was losing about 20 mins per week since having a recent battery change with another retailer. We were greeted warmly by Jim who seemed very knowledgable and suggested that it could be be a problem with the battery or it could just be that the watch may need cleaning rather than a full service. I left my watch with him and was told it would be ready within the hour. My hubby and I went for a coffee and sure enough my watch was ready when we called back just over an hour later. This was 2 weeks ago and so far my watch is back to its usual reliable self and is keeping perfect time once again. I was impressed with the good old fashioned service we were given and the cost of the repair was far less than I had anticipated. My watch has sentimental value and I was keen to have it sorted so that I could continue wearing it. I would not hesitate to recommend the watch lab Preston for anyone wanting a good old fashioned reliable service, top marks from this happy customer. Sharon Allen”

“I have just recently collected my CAMY automatic / self wind watch from your outlet in York. I had quite an extensive overhaul done I.E. complete re-furbishment, repair, replacement parts, including a new glass, winder etc. extensive work. I was not entirely satisfied with the outcome as I seemed to have to wait a bit longer than quoted with no call, correspondence, E mail , after 15 weeks of silence I phoned to ask when I was to receive my watch back, I was told approx. another 2 weeks making it a total of 17 weeks instead of the 12 I was quoted. It would have been much appreciated if someone had took the time to let me know what was actually going on in the interim instead of me poking around in the dark. Also I was disappointed that the new winder that was fitted is not as the original, a screw down crown, it is now a standard WHY? I would appreciate a return Email /call if possible to the reasons regarding the crown in particular. Many thanks D. Sargeant”

“My Fellini watch was cleaned, sealed and new battery as the repair, at York , coney street. Like new - Very efficient and knowledgeable service. Not cheap but cheaper than a new watch!”
