“From the outset what was clear was that the staff new their business. They were able to advise on my Drayfuss watch, which required a new battery and a replacement strap. The strap needed to be ordered and fitted at a later time. Throughout, the staff at the Nottingham branch and principally Scott Gibson, were polite, informative and respectful. They even remembered my name when I visited the Lab for the second time without any reference, which was impressive.”

“After having a bad experience with your Victoria centre Nottingham last time , I thought I would try a second time reluctantly. I took two omega deville , a Gucci a Seiko and less expensive watch all for battery replacement. They did as promised and also did a strap cleanse at half price . Your staff have redeemed your company's reputation and I will go back again”

“Chester branch Fossil watch New pin made They repaired my watch by making a new pin to attach the strap after fossil had told me it was irreparable and I would have to buy a new bracelet strap which would cost more than I paid for the watch. I was very impressed as the staff were keen to find a way to fix my watch. Thank you to the staff at the Chester store.”
