“Good online experience. The Customer Service afterwards from "Sam" was very helpful as well. I purchased a bottle of Bunnahabhain 18 and it arrived intact, but the cork was separated from the cap upon opening it. Sam offered a $10pound discount on my next purchase! I did not create an account when I made this purchase so I am not certain how it will recognize me when I return to the site to purchase another bottle and use this discount. The site recognizes my email and will not let me create an account now! I have referred several people on the Facebook page "Scotch Addict" already!! Todd Swedberg Brainerd, MN USA”
