“I ordered a really expensive bottle of scotch, it was left at my front door, not any fault of whiskey world.. but the package was stolen and whiskey world stated that they would not refund or replace because I had left directions to leave by front door if I wasn't here to sign for it. I was here to sign for it, but the shipping company didn't ring the bell, they just left it by the front door.”

“I am happy with my purchase, however I thought it was a litre bottle and it was 70cl so smaller than I wanted. The engraved wording is lovely however and I am pleased with this aspect.”
