“Communication excellent, great product range and fair prices. Packaging was more than sufficient, however, the box was severely damaged on the gift set I purchased. Very disappointing as it was for a present and looked like it had been stood on.”

“Hl Variety of products, easy to order, fast delivery, good packaging, satisfactory, if the processing method of the wine box can be further wrapped to prevent the transportation process, the friction causes the box to be injured, affecting the appearance, it will be more perfect”

“I got sent the wrong order, & I rang the customer services and got straight through to somebody & it was sorted and the correct bottle was on its way within 3 hours with next day delivery. I was just really impressed with the good customer service that I received, even after getting the wrong order sent to me I’d go back and order again!”
