“The prices were fair and the shipping costs were good to USA. The shipping speed was ungodly fast and I am seriously impressed! The *only* thing I could critique is the packaging of the box. Each bottle was well wrapped and protected, but they were way too loose inside the big box. As much as I hate packing peanuts, they needed something like that to protect against getting crushed or jostling around. Otherwise, excellent :)”

“Service is very good. Only area for improvement is allowing someone to buy something, but have it delivered up to 2 weeks later. I wanted to grab a low stock item that was emailed as back in stock. But I was away on leave, so I ordered it. It was despatched so quickly, I now have a hassle of redelivery to my post office and maybe they might even send it back. All could have been avoided if I were allowed to nominate a future date for delivery.”

“Good fair deal. Nice not to be gouged for hard to find whisky. Courier service problematic though. Discovered, on return from holiday, delivery on front doorstep where it seems to have been for 6 days!”

“I've ordered a limited edition of game of thrones whisky .From the start I adored the professional website also very easy to order and most of all when the bottle arrived it was amazingly packed also the ability to see who signed for the package and to get email straight away when the pacakege arrived it's a big bonus .. “Hi, Got the delivery today, everything went pretty smooth except that UPS did not announce a delver time and that one of the bottles had leaked a little, a bit strange.”
