“The company itself was fine, the delivery from Parcelforce was abysmal. ‘Express24’ delivery took nearly 4 days, missing the date of my friend’s birthday. Won’t use The Whisky World again due to their 3rd party delivery company.”

“Delivery to East Lothian was slow but otherwise I have no complaints - the whisky was very good value. I had previously received whisky from Whisky World as a present and that gave me the idea to use the service.”

“Ordered a bottle Thursday evening and received Wednesday evening, which is disappointing when a 24 h delivery was advertised. Packaging looked fine but part of the paper label in the cap was destroyed, making it look a bit cheap.”
